MISSED
It’s a missed opportunity to never be alone
In those still giant moments
When you turn off the phone
Escaping reality’s grip
Is one thing that should fill your abode with cheerfulness
Thank God for your time alone
Missing in action, is worth every reaction
The quiet place we reside in, in our own space
Brings forth fortitude and grace
Being missed, looked over, or replaced
Is never a diss to this face
Because the time alone
Gives more peace than atonement will ever speak.
